Hand operated Cutting Machine:
Hand shears are normally used when cutting only single or double plies. The lower blade of the shears passes under the plies, but the subsequent distortion of the fabric is only temporary and accurate to the line can be achieved with practice. This method is flexible enough to accommodate any fabric construction and pattern shape.
Straight Knife:
Straight knife is the most common cutting knife in garments cutting section. This machine has less workload and cutting efficiency is higher than round knife. Straight knife machine is popular for its cutting angle. In this machine, fabric can cut at any angle.
Round Knife:
Round knife is not like as common cutting knife like straight knife in garments cutting section. This machine has high workload and cutting efficiency is lower than straight knife. Round knife is narrower than band knife, therefore, machine is stationary and fabric is movable.
