Fabric is a plain sheet of cloth, which is made from natural or man-made fibers by weaving or knitting process. Most fabrics are knitted or woven, but some are produced by non-woven processes such as braiding, felting, twisting, etc. Fabric consider as a major raw material in the garments manufacturing process. For this reason we should clear knowledge about the fabric manufacturing process first to last. Here, I try to discuss a standard manufacturing process of fabric with suitable segments.

Flow Chart of Weaving Process:

Here given a flow chart of weaving process as follows. Weaving flow chart is divided two parts warp yarn preparation and weft yarn preparation. Weft yarn preparation is also divided two ways one is conventional loom and another is modern loom.

Above all discussion we see that, the fabric process is start by gray fiber and colored by dyestuff which is finished fabric. This is the long journey where need to lots of process for fabric manufacturing process. The flow chart of fabric manufacturing can be changed according to the buyer requirement.
