Introduction:

We know every manufacturing products quality is very important. Without best quality the product or goods not accepted. So we need to ensure the best quality of products. Although quality assurance and quality control are closely related concepts, and are both aspects of quality management. For this reason, the necessity of the “Quality’ in the whole manufacturing process is a must. So, today I would like to discuss about this about quality assurance, quality control and also their difference.

Quality Assurance:

Quality assurance means with need of customer demand, that means a sample or substance will be bulk products as like a sample or equivalent of the sample. A quality assurance system is said to increase customer confidence and a company’s credibility, to improve work processes and efficiency, and to enable a company to better compete with others. In developing products and services, quality assurance is any systematic process of checking to see whether a product or service being developed is meeting specified requirements.

Quality Control:

Quality is almost similar to the quality assurance, but it is a technical process where confirming product quality and standard by quality control team. quality control is a package of activities for maintaining and ensuring products quality and standard. Generally the activities of quality control are done after the production process.

Quality Control

Different between Quality Assurance and Quality Control:

Basically, quality control and quality assurance are two elements of quality management. But sometimes those elements makes a little bit of a mix-up about the differences between quality assurance and quality control. For this reason, here given a brief difference between quality assurance and quality control.
