As we know the garment industry produces products where there are types of clothes, pants, dresses, shirts, jackets, and others. The garment product also classified as knit or woven fabric according to the supporting fabric. Today I will review for Jackets, this product is very necessary worn during winter in various countries with have this season.
Types of Jackets:
A jacket is the courser fabric layer garment for using the upper body. Jackets are usually sleeves or sleeveless with fastening parts which attach in the front or the side of the body. The jackets which made without sleeves are known vest. People need down jacket to keep their body warm when doing outdoor activity during Wheatear cold outdoor during the winter season, but sometimes a jacket is used for the fashionable purpose. Manufacturing Process of Jacket:
Generally, how to make these garment same process as making others garment product but the difference is in when the sewing process started then need to fill the duck or goose down to each panel cutting before joining all panels. Besides, more important also info is about down filling which uses to the product, it should meet to buyer request. There is standard down filling which name it Fills Power (FP). Higher fill power number the down quality better and this relates to duck or goose down the price. Where can we get the duck down? That produce in many countries, so far countries produce duck down and goose down are Vietnam, China, Hungary.
They supply too many countries which produce garment down jacket. To import this material some countries need the Healthy certificate from the country of origin; they do not allow entering this material if there is no healthy certificate (HC) issued. Beside in country of origin, they have submitted testing to relate department to get this certificate. On next article, we will review more detail for down jacket garment and will review more detail what is down filling, sewing process to do the down jacket and factory set up to make this order. As additional info, the cost of making (CM) to do this garment is quite high and this will be more make profitable to sewing facilities which do this order and competitor less on this field.
