Introduction:
Generally sewing machine needle size depends on the fabric thickness and thread thickness or size. A proper combination of thread size, needle size and fabric thickness are essential for sewing operation in garments floor. Therefore, need to select the right needle and thread size for joining the fabric in the apparel industry. In garments industry, follow a standard size ratio for smooth sewing operation between thread size, needle size and fabric thickness. Now I would like to discuss about those relationships in garments sewing floor.
